Notice on New Year's Day Holiday Arrangements in 2013

Dear Valued Customers and Colleagues:

In accordance with the "2013 Holiday Schedule Issued by the General Office of the State Council" and considering our company’s operational needs, the following arrangements are made for the New Year’s Day holiday:

1. All staff will have a 3-day holiday from Tuesday, January 1 to Thursday, January 3, 2013. January 1 (Tuesday) is the official New Year’s Day public holiday. January 2 and 3 are adjusted rest days. Normal working hours will resume on Sunday, December 30, 2012, and Sunday, January 6, 2013.

2. The Production Department shall arrange its schedule independently based on production plans during this period.

Important Notes:

1. Department heads must organize pre-holiday safety inspections, including fire and theft prevention checks.

2. Please keep your mobile phones accessible during the holiday.

3. Employees traveling during the holiday are reminded to prioritize personal safety and avoid accidents.
