Notice on Holiday Arrangements for Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day in 2012

Dear Valued Customers and Colleagues:

In accordance with the "2012 Holiday Schedule Issued by the General Office of the State Council" and considering our company’s operational needs, the following arrangements are made for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays:

1. All staff will enjoy an 8-day holiday from Sunday, September 30 to Sunday, October 7, 2012. September 30 (Sunday) is the Mid-Autumn Festival. October 1–3 (Monday to Wednesday) are the official National Day public holidays. October 4–7 are adjusted rest days. Normal working hours will resume on Saturday, September 29 and Monday, October 8, 2012.

2. The Production Department shall arrange its schedule independently based on production plans during this period.

Important Notes:

1. Department heads must organize pre-holiday safety inspections, including fire and theft prevention checks.

2. Please keep your mobile phones accessible during the holiday.

3. Employees traveling during the holiday are reminded to prioritize personal safety and avoid accidents.
