Solenoid Valve Installation Precautions

    1. Critical: Clean and purge pipelines thoroughly before installing the solenoid valve to prevent debris from blocking orifices or damaging sealing surfaces. Install a filter (e.g., from Wuxi Huatong Pneumatic) if micro-contaminants are present.

    2. Align the flow arrow on the valve body with pipeline fluid direction. Mount the coil vertically upward or horizontally.

    3. Verify that system pressure, temperature, and supply voltage match the valve’s nameplate ratings.

    4. Ensure medium cleanliness. Periodically clean internal components and inspect seals—replace if damaged.

    5. During installation, use a wrench on the valve body—not the coil—to avoid internal deformation.

    6. After installation, cycle the valve several times with fluid to confirm proper operation before commissioning.

    7. Follow the wiring diagram provided.

    8. Install pressure gauges upstream and downstream to monitor system pressure.

    9. For critical systems, install a bypass line to isolate the valve during maintenance. If installed on a branch line, select a valve port size smaller than the main line diameter.
